What is the difference between an AI chatbot, assistant, and agent?
A chatbot typically follows scripted paths. An AI assistant uses language technology to understand questions and draft answers from approved information. An AI agent goes a step further: within defined permissions it can prepare or perform steps in a workflow, such as classifying a request or preparing a record update. We define what each solution is allowed to do, and keep people in control of consequential actions.
Can an AI agent use our company information?
Yes. An agent can be configured to answer from approved sources such as FAQs, service descriptions, product information, policies or documentation. We agree which content is included, how it is kept current, and what the assistant should say when it does not know.
Can an AI agent connect with our CRM or business software?
Often, depending on what your software offers and what you permit. We assess compatibility and permissions first, begin with read-only or draft-and-approve patterns where appropriate, and agree the scope before building.
Can AI agents support multiple languages?
Yes, where the underlying technology supports your languages well enough. Coverage and quality differ by language, so we validate each language with your own content and agree when the assistant should hand over to a person. We do not promise perfect translation or universal language coverage.
Can employees use AI agents for training and internal knowledge?
Yes. Assistants can help employees find procedures, onboarding steps and documentation, and point to the source document. Content stays under your control, and the assistant is limited to the knowledge you approve.
How long does an AI agent project take?
It depends on scope: the information sources, integrations, languages, review and testing involved. A focused assistant over a defined body of content is usually a smaller project than one connected to several systems. We provide a realistic timeline after discovery rather than a fixed number in advance.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing follows scope: what the assistant covers, the integrations and languages involved, testing, and ongoing support. Third-party platform or usage costs are identified up front. We provide a proposal after a discovery conversation; there are no fixed packages published here.
Will employees remain in control of important business decisions?
Yes. Agents are designed so people review and approve consequential decisions or changes. We define escalation paths and approval steps, and agents are not set up to act beyond the permissions you grant.
