Effective date: October 14, 2026
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms address use of https://worldpci.com and its public information and interactive features. “WorldPCI,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the WorldPCI business operating this website. “You” means the visitor or, where applicable, the business you are authorized to represent. These Terms apply to the extent validly accepted and enforceable under applicable law. Do not use features in a way that conflicts with these Terms.
You must have the legal capacity and authority required for any transaction you enter into. If acting for a business, you must be authorized to do so. Our services and website are directed toward business and professional audiences. Browsing, making an inquiry or using the AI assistant does not create a paid engagement.
2. WorldPCI services
WorldPCI’s three divisions are: Digital Presence — business websites, website redesign, e-commerce, branding and related digital services, with hosting coordination and maintenance as agreed; Business Intelligence & Automation — CRM, AI assistants and agents for approved tasks, lead management, customer communication, reporting and workflow automation; and Integrated Business Solutions — technology consulting, requirements planning, coordinated software and provider solutions, and implementation services.
Components, supported systems, responsibilities, access permissions and ongoing support depend on the agreed project. A website description is not a promise that every listed component is available for every customer.
3. Website information
Website content explains capabilities and possible approaches. It is informational, not a binding offer, individualized legal or other regulated professional advice, or a guarantee of results. Illustrative interfaces, fictional sample data and conceptual environments are not evidence of completed client projects or production integrations unless expressly identified as such. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but errors or outdated details may occur.
4. Inquiries, proposals and estimates
An inquiry invites discussion and does not reserve capacity, accept a project or create a payment obligation. Proposals, quotations and estimates are subject to their stated scope, assumptions, validity and acceptance terms. Preliminary cost and timing discussions are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise. Clarify material requirements and assumptions before accepting a project.
5. Separate project agreements
Paid work requires an individually approved written agreement identifying the contracting parties and agreed services. The agreement may comprise a signed proposal, statement of work and incorporated schedules, or another mutually accepted written arrangement. Electronic acceptance may be used where the parties agree and the law permits.
Scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, revisions, testing, acceptance, payment and support must be specified there. For a conflict concerning contracted services, the applicable project agreement controls over these general website Terms, subject to mandatory law. Website updates do not unilaterally amend an existing signed agreement.
6. Pricing, payments, deposits, refunds and cancellation
Project pricing, taxes, currency, deposits, payment schedules, reimbursable costs, third-party charges, cancellation rights and any refunds are governed by the applicable project agreement and mandatory law. These Terms do not create a universal nonrefundable-deposit rule, refund period, subscription, automatic renewal, cancellation fee or late-payment penalty. Recurring services and any renewal or termination conditions require a clear written agreement. No purchase is made by using the public AI assistant or submitting an inquiry.
7. Client responsibilities
For contracted work, clients must provide accurate requirements, timely materials and feedback, and appropriate cooperation as described in the agreement. Clients must have authority to use the content, trademarks, credentials and business data they provide and to authorize access to relevant systems.
Clients remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their own content, business claims and instructions, and for lawful use of customer or employee information. Responsibilities for consent, notices, permissions, data quality, backups and access management should be allocated expressly in the project agreement. Never send passwords or sensitive personal data through the public assistant or ordinary inquiry form.
8. Design, development, revisions and acceptance
Website structure, design work, development, content responsibilities, revisions, browser/device support and acceptance criteria are defined in the project agreement. Review requested changes against the agreed scope. Additional work or changes affecting cost or schedule require agreement before implementation.
Feedback and acceptance should follow the documented review process. These website Terms do not impose deemed acceptance merely through silence, an undisclosed revision limit or an automatic change fee. Responsibility for post-launch maintenance and changes must be agreed separately.
9. CRM, automation and AI implementation
CRM and automation depend on the selected tools, data quality, system access, permissions and operational processes. Integrations require compatibility assessment and testing. Clients should review workflows, escalation paths, human oversight and exception handling before use. AI output can be incomplete, biased or inaccurate and requires appropriate human review.
WorldPCI does not guarantee error-free or fully autonomous operation, specific revenue, search-engine rankings, lead volume, sales conversion, AI accuracy or other business outcomes. This does not remove any express commitments in a project agreement or nonwaivable legal obligations.
10. Hosting, domains and external providers
Hosting, domain registration, software licenses, messaging, payment processing and external platforms may be supplied by independent providers with separate terms, fees, usage limits, renewal conditions and availability policies. Project agreements should identify who owns accounts, pays providers, administers access, manages renewals and maintains backups.
WorldPCI may coordinate providers without being their formal partner or authorized reseller. Third-party changes or outages may affect a solution. WorldPCI remains responsible for its own agreed obligations; a third-party dependency is not a blanket exemption from those obligations. We do not automatically acquire ownership of a client’s existing domain, data, accounts or intellectual property.
11. Public AI assistant
The WorldPCI assistant uses Google Gemini to help explain services and explore business needs. It is an automated assistant, not a human consultant. Responses may contain errors and should be checked before being relied upon. It cannot independently accept projects, create contracts, bind WorldPCI to quotations or guarantees, book an appointment or take action in your business systems.
Messages and relevant conversation context are processed through the configured AI service and security providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential business secrets or sensitive personal information. Sharing an AI summary through the contact form requires your review and submission; the conversation itself does not authorize an external action.
12. Intellectual property and deliverables
WorldPCI and its licensors retain rights in their existing website content, trademarks, software, methods and other protected material. Visitors may access the public website for lawful informational and evaluation purposes. No trademark license, right to misrepresent affiliation or right to commercially republish protected material is granted by these Terms. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Clients retain their pre-existing intellectual property and rights in their business data. Ownership or licensing of new deliverables, reusable tools, source code, design assets, third-party components and any conditions tied to payment must be stated in the signed project agreement. Do not assume an automatic assignment to either party. Open-source and third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
13. Confidentiality and client information
Public website conversations and inquiry forms are not substitutes for a negotiated confidentiality arrangement. For projects involving confidential information, the parties should agree appropriate confidentiality duties, permitted disclosures, access controls, return/deletion arrangements and any required data-processing terms before disclosure or access.
We use inquiry information for responding and related business communication as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not grant permission to reuse a client’s confidential information for unrelated purposes, nor do they promise secrecy beyond verified practices and applicable agreements.
14. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and without harming others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malicious code delivery, exploitation of vulnerabilities, interference with availability, unlawful scraping, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not bypass authentication, CAPTCHA, rate limits or other safeguards. Do not use the assistant to obtain secrets or instructions outside its authorized scope.
These rules do not restrict rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable. Authorized security research must stay within an expressly agreed scope.
15. Availability and technical limitations
We take reasonable steps to operate the website, but maintenance, internet conditions, provider issues and technical faults may interrupt or limit access. No continuous-availability commitment or response-time service level arises from these website Terms. Any contracted support or service level must be expressly agreed. We may correct website errors and adjust features while respecting existing contracts, privacy obligations and applicable law.
16. Warranties and limits of liability
Public informational content and free website features are provided as available, without additional promises beyond those expressly stated. To the extent permitted by law, WorldPCI disclaims implied warranties for these free features. This provision does not replace express project warranties or exclude nonwaivable consumer rights, duties of reasonable care or remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, WorldPCI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from ordinary use of free website information where such exclusion is lawful. No exclusion applies to liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability allocation for paid services, including any monetary cap, must be separately agreed; no arbitrary dollar cap is imposed here.
17. Indemnification
These website Terms do not impose an unrestricted duty on every visitor to defend or indemnify WorldPCI. A project agreement may allocate responsibility for third-party claims arising from a party’s unlawful conduct, infringing materials or unauthorized data use. Any indemnity should be proportionate to the responsible party’s contribution, exclude the other party’s own fault, provide reasonable notice and defense procedures, and protect against an unapproved settlement imposing obligations. Such a project obligation exists only when expressly agreed in writing and lawful.
18. Suspension and termination
We may restrict website access reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, a security threat or a material violation, subject to applicable law. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. A website restriction does not automatically cancel a paid project or transfer a client’s property. Suspension or termination of contracted services, notice, cure opportunities, fees, data access and handover are governed by the project agreement and mandatory law.
19. Privacy and data protection
The separately published WorldPCI Privacy Policy describes handling of personal information, contact inquiries, AI conversations, cookies and analytics, technical records and third-party providers. Read it alongside these Terms. Acknowledging a privacy notice is not blanket consent to optional tracking or an authorization to submit another person’s information unlawfully.
These Terms do not expand data collection or retention beyond the actual services and applicable notices. Project-specific processing of client or customer data may require separate agreements. Security precautions reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security.
20. Governing law
Subject to mandatory applicable law, California law governs these website Terms, without using conflict-of-law rules to deprive a person of nonwaivable protections. No exclusive litigation venue is established by these Terms. A project agreement may address governing law separately, consistent with applicable law.
21. Disputes
If a concern arises, please contact WorldPCI with a short description so the parties can seek a practical resolution. This request does not require disclosure of privileged information or delay legal deadlines. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, exclusive court venue or shortened limitation period is created by these Terms. Any such provisions would require a separate lawful agreement and appropriate assent. Rights to lawful court proceedings, urgent relief and regulatory complaints remain available.
22. Changes and general provisions
We may update these website Terms and identify the revised effective and last-updated dates. Material changes will receive additional notice or acceptance where required. Changes apply prospectively as lawfully agreed and do not retroactively change an existing project contract without agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful; this is not permission to enforce an otherwise unlawful obligation. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not automatically a waiver.
